Abstract:

The Oz Principle ® Accountability Training ® Workshop is based on the best-selling book, The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual and Organizational Accountability ©. The training is designed to improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and entire organizations in achieving their desired results by increasing the levels of individual and team ownership and accountability at all levels of the organization.

Specific Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will learn:

  • a positive approach to creating greater accountability throughout the organization.
  • to create greater ownership for achieving the Key Results by applying the Steps To Accountability ® .
  • to develop specific action steps with Individual and Team Accountability Plans for Creating a Culture of Accountability ®
  • the tools necessary for creating greater accountability in their own organization
  • and apply principles from The Oz Principle and experience the Steps To Accountability ® that are necessary to achieve those results.
Speaker Biography:

Brad Starr

Brad Starr is a Vice President and an executive facilitator for Partners In Leadership, Inc. Brad has experience working with organizational leaders at all levels. He is a well-received facilitator and considered a dynamic speaker by his clients. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies that include Baxter International, Macy’s, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Schering- Plough Corporation, and Valassis Communications, Inc. He has the ability to engage his audiences to get them focused on the results needed to create a Culture of Accountability within the organization.

Brad holds a Bachelors degree in International Business from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development. Brad and his wife, Roberta have four children and live in Temecula, California.
